    为面向意愿在京工作的外籍人士提供最新的在京就业资讯，为希望聘用外籍人士的用人机构提供良好的招聘平台，北京市人才服务中心及中国国际企业合作公司，于2008年3月29在京召开“国际英才”首届北京外籍人才引智洽谈会，通过现场招聘与就业指导相结合的形式，共同打造京城面向外籍人士的招聘盛会。

第一步：企业报名，提供职位需求（中英文）

第二步：人才寻访：在针对性强的媒体上发布职位信息，并多渠道寻访人才，邀请符合职位要求的个人参会。

第三步：现场洽谈会

第四步：会后服务：跟踪单位招聘效果，针对招聘效果不好的重点职位，提供有效简历。
